It appears to me as more likely to be responsive to HOG's questions because of the last part, "the answer I cannot give you is when". I don't feel he would reply that way when asked if the cement deal is going to impact our bottom line, because he knows when the cement deal was consummated and therefore would know when it would impact the bottom line per the contractual terms.
