When those Family Investment Groups get in, this will be comparable to a minor up list without the official indexing. They could add several million and they will not be flippers, they will be index fund-like Holders. The Float will tighten even more dramatically than today.

They will invest in the 3's or 4's by the time Rory meets with them. Even at those prices, they will be looking forward to multiple ROI!
