So 2 more injection molding machines in the next 6 months. It’ll be interesting to see what sales and margins are like once they stop all the growth capex. I believe the last machine was installed in late Feb, so didn’t have much impact on sales in the Q.
Looks like margins will be depressed through the fall (assuming installation costs are eating at margins). Balance sheet is still a mess. Probably dead money until there’s a clearer picture on what “normal” margins are and whether those margins will be enough to eventually fix the balance sheet.
I bought some more today (call me a sucker, but I’m buying the “growth capex is pressuring margins” story and I can live with dead money for awhile). Wake me up in another 6-9 months.
