I'm at a loss as to what's been achieved by Milligan thus far to think there's any movement towards anything. Just filling a role to continue the same mediocrity that we've seen with this company in the past with prior CEOs.
To blatantly blame Milligan for the late filings, imo is reaching for reasons to taint what appears to be a company moving towards something much greater then has been expected
