So, the new CEO gets ALL the credit for getting AHIX current mid March, even tho the reports were prepared and available online (though not filed on OTCM) before the end of 2017, but he gets NONE of the blame for AHIX getting a stop sign AGAIN in less than a month because the first report due during his tenure wasn’t filed on time?

To put it another way, he gets credit for getting the already prepared second and third quarter reports filed but FAILS to ask, “When is the FOURTH quarter report DUE?” Or maybe “When will the Annual Report be ready for my review?”
