Nonsense. The share price is a direct result of dilution without new buyers. I will argue that management is responsible by not connecting with investors in any way. There are over 1,000 shareholders many of which don’t read the garbage on iHub or other message boards. Press releases and a constant stream of the company interacting with the public is how they get new investors. Not failures and silence!
If management would have addressed the issue about communication I would be fine with everything else. Instead they say the filings will be enough. They are making a big mistake at our expense. Sounds like they are too full of themselves to listen to anyone.
