That is because they don't dare to f around with the laws at this point...they have a feeling or aware that they maybe under investigations...due to all the illegal ch#$ they have been doing within the last 24 months...which the public may not know about...so whatever move they r taking...they have to check with their crooked atty...to see if they don't violate any laws...BUT that doesn't mean that the authorites would not look into dirty crimes they may or may not did prior to the last two years...
