I can't help but believe that
SF Holdings, LLC has a lot to do with this whole scenario. I am sure Y and D have a $h*tpot full of shares stashed away in that scheme, just waiting for the right time to dump those. RCGR will probably take the hit when SF Holdings start dumping their shares, if they still plan on the shares for Simple Cork going through.
