It’s crystal clear there’s all sorts of highly questionable activities going on in both companies to scam investors in one way another for a very long time — going back to Svorai’s previous defunct public companies. I just found another suit by another brother for nearly a million dollars (see my last post).

The whole family appears to be involved (at least 2 brothers) by filing these section 3(a)(10) suits to get free trading paper with restrictions removed... and yes, it appears Nahon is a willing participant since he’s signing off on every single of these settlements when he’s not under any obligation to do so.

IMO FINRA has caught on to Svorai and is finally exerting their power in RCGR, since out of the 2 they’re the SEC reporter, by refusing to process their corporate actions (making life hell), hence the rollback of their incorporation in Delaware. Hopefully the SEC isn’t far behind.
