Oh my...


I just found another shady suit...

another section 3(a)(10) just filed in March by Dror Svorai’s younger brother Dekel Svorai of S&E Capital who was cited in the Kramer suit to be in cahoots with Dror, and of course Nahon without hesitating signed off on the settlement agreement for what amounts to nearly 3x original loan, or nearly a million dollars!!!

This one is also filed in the state of Maryland which is the same state where presumably they secretly incorporated for the purpose of these suits... this case is almost identical in every way — almost verbatim content to his other brother’s suit (Doron Svorai D&D Capital) except for the settlement amount which is higher, otherwise it’s pretty hard to distinguish the two. Oh yeah, same attorney on both sides again... Nope, nothing wrong with this picture. SMFH
