ADTM & PlutusX have a partnership, I don't believe "merger" was ever mentioned by either, investment is not a purchase or a piece (don't get the "legal" comment -you a contract lawyer?), low key CEO is not a crime - despite shareholder angst, hype...more like excitement, dilution - I believe - was expected for the "LAM", A/S is not and never been a secret - and this is the otc - largest risk sector of the markets.
