A/S had to be increased to at least 60 billion (covers the class C & D) and the rest is held in reserve for the settlement of debt (JDF requires 5 X the share total to be held in reserve) and the amount of shares issued increases as the bid point drops (so at a bid of 0.0003 we need to issue another 10 billion).

Count the remaining 30 billion as a safety net.

But again A/S don't matter as most companies have a clause to issue an unlimited amount of common shares.

And I call going from 0.0003 to 0.0005 with a large and obvious iceberg bid at 0.0004 as a recovery.
