No, I don't think that the PE on the dow of 2000 is coming back any time soon. We still need to have a period of excessive low valuation, which 2002 lows did not provide. In April of 2000 I posted a very long term expected scenario, unfortunately the #reply on SI does not work anymore, so I cannot easily access it. And while fooling around to try and find that post, my bop on the bu$$ at $19.48 executed.
