arizona1: As long as Saudi Arabia is an ally of the U.S., it is good news. If the country were taken over by fundamentalists, the use of solar power for their energy needs would allow them to export more oil, the proceeds of which could be used to fund terrorism.

The new prince seems to be very progressive. I'm thinking that there will be a backlash from fundamentalists.

Things could change there overnight. JMO.
