Yes, that is common knowledge. Most 30 year old buildings undergo renovations and some refurbishing occasionally but somehow Cadet Bone Spurs has avoided having to retrofit by letting the building deteriorate. You would think all the Russians that rented office space from him would have demanded a safer facility.
