Not just Canada, but Mexico, Colombia...
...and others.

The issue with growing the weed here rather than in some other country has to do with taxation and regulation.

It also has to do with jobs. This could turn into a huge industry, and the jobs might as well be here, rather than elsewhere in the hemisphere.

AG Sessions has a boss, and that boss seems more concerned with American jobs than he does with taking away legal weed.
