For those like yourself that believe the price will go up but aren't inclined to try and time it against all the forces of the OTC, dollar cost averaging seems like a good approach. I only posted this since you said you are a newbie, as a suggestion. Good luck!

My philosophy is to just be honest and balanced, and let the market decide if it agrees or not.
