Of course none of that is remotely true. Mmex demoters are sad that the 8k came out declaring that, in fact, a Term sheet was signed. They are currently wailing at the fact that milestones are being completed as indicated by mmex.

So to correct this sad turn of events for them, they choose to take what was previously claimed irrelevant and make it critical. What else can they do?
