Yes, downdraft, as EdScott mentioned today, he looks forward to the forthcoming next few PR's. I believe one of them will be the EPC Agreement, sooner rather than later. Actually, it can come at any time!

EPC "agreements," completion of FEED, etc. have all already been claimed, since the last quarter of 2017. Why would MMEX need to complete work already claimed to have been done, again? Curious... did MMEX, and its contractors get it wrong the first few times around?

MMEX is going according to the "book". Very detailed, legal, and in order.

Yes, MMEX is a classic share-selling scheme, proceeding "according to the book," sufficient smoke-screens, charade, immaterial milestones, and non-accomplishments, keeping MMEX retail investors distracted, while skirting the intent of the law - complete with SEC filings, telling unsophisticated investors what they are agreeing to, leaving Mad J. and pals with lots of freebie exit paths, while they profit from the PIPE-based toxic lending scheme.

Once the EPC Agreement is announced, financing will come very soon after.

Never fear, there will be more delays, and excuses, and even though the "EPC Agreement" that has already been announced, is announced again, and again, no project financing will materialize.

Not sure if this will be a joint venture or purely MMEX, but either way, the total financing should be revealed.

What on Earth does this even mean? "Purely MMEX?" Does MMEX have $50-million to $100-million of its own, that's been in hiding? Does this mean that the mysterious "international debt fund" will be revealed? Will it be a Nigerian prince?

Exciting times ahead.

Indeed - MMEX's last trading day on QB is tomorrow. Monday, April 9, it's back to Pink. That's just a starter. Don't forget the "exciting times ahead" from billions of shares of dilution, the impacts of false promises and claims, and the final "kaboomery" when MMEX spirals into the dirt at full Mach speed, dead-stick, at 110% military power... it will be spectacular!
