Derf11,I think the full $220 mil you would divide by not $33mil.If some one like zimmer bought amda they would be able to take off $220 mil off there tax liability.Not sure if they can do it all in same year but I think they could get the Whole $220 mil in credits so that would leave you $220 mil divided by say 6 mil shares(but think shares lower than that = about $36.66 in share price just from tax credits.I may be way off but thats the way I see it.
Impact of credits

Tax credits are subtracted not from taxable income, but directly from a person’s tax liability; they therefore reduce taxes dollar for dollar. As a result, credits have the same value for everyone who can claim their full value.
