It is exactly this kind of heavy-handed "bend-us-over-the-barrel" governmental treatment of foreign/private-entrepreneurs that drove this group of businessmen out of Chile from 2010 until now.

Mr President, no foreign investor in his right mind is going to invest in Chile if this is the way they are going to be raked over the coals in Chile when they try to conduct/start new private enterprises designed grow the national GDP and give decent-paying jobs to Chileans.
