Why is it taking Titan a month to close a $10M offering? They need to reverse split and uplist stat. ~65M shares (including warrants) to raise a partly $10M and they will have to go back to well again in 2018 after this closes. They need to bite the bullet, R/S, then uplist asap to get real institutional backing. It’s long overdue...
