Yep it's now April 2018 and they announced in August 2017 that they would be launching the HAP studies immediately, yet here we are a full 8 months later and even though they finally had their FDA protocol meeting on planned studies, they've yet to inform the market that they've launched them. And even when they do finally launch them they've already told us that it's gonna take them 6 months to complete them minimum. So we're already into the October 2018 timeframe b4 the HAP studies can possibly be completed at the earliest...which means November 2018 is the earliest we can even begin to expect and/or speculate that they'll be in a favorable position to resubmit/refile their OxyContin NDA with the FDA.

And if memory serves their court date with Purdue is in October 2018 so they need to hurry up already and launch the long anticipated HAP studies so the 6 month speculation window to refiling their Oxy NDA with the FDA can even begin.
