On March 2, 2018, we sold the Data Business. There were no operations in the Data Business during 2017....

.......Data Business was sold to 2335524Ontario Inc., a company owned by Mr. Bordynuik. (See note 17)



LOL...... wouldn't selling a business be a material event ?
