Anyone know why we haven’t seen privilege docs. Or why shareholders attorneys have or haven’t seen them?
The plaintiffs and their attorneys got to see them. But Sweeney did not release them the way she had done with previous documents. The plaintiffs' amended complaint was filed under seal, mind you.
My guess is that we will eventually get to see them. No telling when though.
