just dont want to own them, i'm a pessimistic sort of guy when it comes to investing all-in.

if i'm doing small positions, i'd consider it

the best worst case scenario seems to me to be preferred.

there are scenarios where common do a lot better, mostly if collins voids the conservatorship, etc.
