The CEO and COO.Secretary both bought nice amounts on 3/15 per SEC filings, totaling over $375k worth! As of the last 2 wk reporting period (3/15), short interest had jumped to slightly over 7days to cover. See: https://www.nasdaq.com/symbol/usau/short-interest

Both of these things lead me to believe the shorts are responsible for this big dump. Vanguard has been the largest industrial holder.

This company has traded like a Jr. mining exploration co, almost without regard for the inherent value.
