Stock crashing.
The NPV of their WY project alone is $176m at lower metal prices than todays gold and copper. Divided by 17.4m shares outstanding = $10.11/sh value of the WY project alone. Plus, it is shallow open pit-able (not a lot of surprises), in a mining friendly state.
Therefore, at today's $1.23, this stock is trading at a discount of over 85% from its NPV, and this gives no value at all to the great NV gold concession!
