Gary,

Have you told OWCP about this company? With all that OWCP is doing these days they might not have time to figure out who is copying a similar work related to their patents.

I should add that in looking at their website they're claiming patents for their time released products. The company was only formed in 2016 as I read it, if that's the case, our patent applications should predate theirs, so even if our patents required changes, the original filing date should put us in good shape.
