why do you think there will be such a big runup? Financials show the effects of the reduction in NYC business. If they repeat Q3 and earn 200-250K, they will have 12 month earnings of $510K to 560K or .015 to .017 eps.
Revs and eps will be down from 2017 and yes we know why but why would investors bid this up to .30 with declining but positive financials?
