But the SEC does suspend companies for delinquent filings. Happens quite often. They are suspended for 10 days and then sent to the grey market. One off the top of my head is ticker DBMM. They hadnt filed for 3 years and got suspended from trading for not filing financials. Same thing as HMLA.
