HUH? LMAO OTCM has several companies that do not report to the SEC.

Might want to do some DD before making such a ridicules claim.
Start with learning what roll OTCM and FINRA play. After that maybe then learn what the SEC does and who reports to them. SMH

You cannot be a publicly traded company and not be registered with the SEC that’s the whole point of being regulated.
