conix -- in general, it is not and has not been liberals/progressives who've supported Israel's settlement policy -- as you either do, or at least should, well know, in general it is and has been, overwhelmingly, folks who are conservatives, including in particular but without limitation many evangelicals, who have, all along (including, more recently, passing/trying to pass laws making it illegal to support or participate in the ongoing international effort to boycott Iareal for its settlement policy and other abuses of the Palestinians) -- in standing on this as you are, and whether you like it or not, you've placed yourself on our side on the matter
