You can dilute me to death all day long if there is sufficient value to give me a fair share value and the ability to make it even better!!!!!!!!!!!!

I lean towards before as well, but again before or after IF IF IF they knwo (and they do) what value is coming back here does it reallt matter on which side of the fence they pull it.......

THE SHARE BLANKS are blank for a reason!!!!!!!!!!!! and lends itself to a before transaction in my view
