Schwab said there is a global lock on it, and they can do nothing about it. I talked with Etrade that they won't accept the transfer of OTC penny stocks. So I am stuck with Schwab.
Does it take some time for Schwab to lift the global lock if this stock keeps going strong? What other brokers will take OTC stock transfer if RBDC can be traded on their platform? I am so frustrated. Any advice will help. Thanks.
