RS tell the world that the company has had to many money grabs and has been passing out shares like candy on Halloween. Not a good recommendation for mgmt. Our only hope is that they hit us with a barrage of PRs with positive news during or shortly after the RS. Since this company has a record of going months without any news, my guess is the short sellers will have a good month following the split. As for numbers, since they went to all the trouble to get the 1-15 approved, that will be the number. My last RS was CTSO, did a 1-25 at 24 cents 3 years ago, the stock is now at 7.60 (30 cents) and they had sales before the split, and several money grabs since, (one at 4.50). BTW, they just passed the 24 cent mark in the last couple of months, so spent over 2 1/2 years under the RS price. (just another example)
