The prior OS was about 10mil. So Silverman got I think 5 of the 10 mil of old OS then the 90 mil. So he gave up the 94.58 to the Asian guy. Sometimes these guys who do the deals will keep 300k for themselves as a finders fee type thing instead of getting cash. Will prob know more soon. 10k will show or they will have to update OTCM
