IRNG 75 Million outstanding shares

GBBGF
Has a 10,000 acre Madagascar graphite property with 76% large flake, the highest rated graphite.

Also has contract with company that has developed a process for converting graphite to graphene, the new super alloy.

Has a 1,000 acre Nevada graphite property which it has started drilling. Site near Elon Musk's gigafactory. The only property within 50 miles of the factory and Elon Musk has stated that he will buy from nearby suppliers as a first choice.

Global Li-Ion
is a Graphite producer, Not Lithium.
In relation to the gigafactory,

Graphite is better than Lithium.
The gigafatory batteries use Nickle for the cathode, plus a Small amount of Lithium. However, they use
Graphite for the annode. So the gigafactory will need a lot of Graphite.
Like lithium, graphite is projected to be in short supply for the amount needed by electric cars in the coming years.
