BVDOG, buy on rumor, sell on news is the old adage.
Looks to me like PYPR is just ramping up for the bigger news and price increases. Yes, I fully expect that pennyland is very achievable with PYPR, at least 1-2 cents from here, and depending on any share buybacks, retirement of shares,or other significant news worthy of a run-up, can be higher. There is a trading range between $0.0017 and $0.0025 now. Once it breaks and holds $0.0025, it will reach a new 52-week high. That's my take.
