Bullshit: SEC accepts filings, but does not approve, validate, or verify the claims in those filings - they merely accept on the basis of conformity to statutory and structural requirements. The company, and/or individual making the filing is still legally responsible for the content, veracity, and accuracy of the filing content.

The sec has VERIFIED & APPROVED the INDEPENDENT reports provided by ATS RheoSystems, RMOTC & PETROCHINA.

"It is easier to fool someone, than to convince them they have been fooled."

For those that don't get it, it means that people need to be more careful, and do good due diligence.
