JDF, What am I missing as I don't see where "JF entered into an employment with EMS Find" I read that JF entered into an employee agreement with VIVA.

WHEREAS, Falcones has been employed by the Company pursuant to an employment agreement between Falcones, Viva Entertainment Group, Inc., a subsidiary of the Company (“Viva”), and the Company effective as of October 23, 2016 (referred to herein as the “Employment Agreement”), and a Director’s Engagement Agreement, dated as of October 28, 2016

The only two entities referenced are:
1. Viva Entertainment Group, Inc., a subsidiary of the Company (“Viva”),
2. and the Company (VIVA)
