The minimum bid rule for the OTCQB is a penny. There is a grace period of 90 days for regaining compliance. The stock needs to trade above a penny for ten consecutive trading days to regain compliance. SENY stock has failed to do so and will be delisted. Their grace period just ran out.

Did you also notice in the S-1 that they lost one of their independent directors? Not a surprise that one of them would no longer be a part of this scam, but there was no required 8-K for the departure of a director. This company has numerous SEC violations and it is a travesty the OTC Markets has not enforced their own rules and halted them previously.
