Softbank owns Fortress... Fortress is actual majority shareholder of Nationstar. KKR partners with Fortress (buys majority of WMIH-Nationstar... which directly implies all the mortgage servicing business from KKR & Softbank will be going to WMIH-NSM.

WMIH will be a game changer...but we have not seen the best yet. Softbank owns some patents for robots to do & analize the load of documents in mortgage applications drastically reducing timing & costs for the mortgage industry therefore being able to save millions in the process... we are at the right place at the right time for technological change & value creation for our stock ;)
