By next month (October?), possibly, my model has a low in the late September early October (how low, don't ask) framework from which the election bull should resume. Hopefully, in the next six to eight week we get some fear sentiments getting back in the market or else next year bull might be a pyrrhic victory like we had in 2000, IMTO.
