Well if I'm phoenix and I know the golden goose is close to being cooked I'd by selling illegal shares faster and at lower prices to get my cash and run away. So maybe that is what we are seeing a desperate sale at end of Phoenix life at WRFX.
At this point I don't care how Phoenix goes away, either WRFX legally stops them or they run out of shares. Both scenarios means no more toxic dumping.
