You may be right, RS could be denied, if it is RNVA will be forced to increase the AS and dilute the heck out of the stock, if they can't accomplish that then the creditors could force them into bankruptcy. They can't continue without money and they can't get enough money without selling shares. No AS increase and/or an RS, no hospital deal.
