Austin: Dont you get it man???? How can the announce a funding deal when they dont have one. Now do you REALLY expect NVEI to come up with a PR that would go something like:

After multiple attempts at obtaining a financing package no lender has agreed to provide one after doing the necessary due diligence. We will persist with the search, but we continue to struggle with this on a day to day basis and have to sell shares to maintain our daily business operations. We will also not consider a VC financing package because it would require us to relinquish too much control of the company. We regret the impact that this may have on shareholders, but realize that it's a necessary situation for an OTC traded company.

Now they dont need to come up with this sort of PR, their silence implies it! When they do get the loan we will all celebrate; hopefully soon.

As far as the tech goes, the latest notes CLEARLY answer questions as to where they are with the tech and their projections with the FPGA and ASIC.
