Skeptic, I caught a pinky CEO filing fraudulent subsidiaries with the Texas SOS. I called him on it, and very mysteriously, a new filing was submitted that did NOT list the subby.

Companies can file whatever they wish. You may believe whatever you wish. Until we see revenue coming in, I vote "scam."

Good stocks are obvious. Extensive DD is how you convince yourself to buy a bad one.
