I think it's pretty certain, because they never paid Mensah or Canady the money that was promised. It would have been a pitance for a corp with $15B in assets.

In fact, other than rotten logs at the bottom of a river in South America, they don't have a single deal going.

Oh wait -I forgot about colonizing the moon and buying the Dallas Cowboys. lol!

Good stocks are obvious. Extensive DD is how you convince yourself to buy a bad one.
