That's over a year ago..
You seem to be a bit mixed up..
It said right in the last supplemental report that NBF could begin converting on 2/21/18..Nay a word about allowing a conversion price of .001.(Of course that report mysteriously got taken down now).

You seem to be encouraging the share price dropping low so NBF can convert more shares based on the 20 day 50% rule..
